Membership

The Membership Committee is responsible for maintaining organization membership, personal contacts with members, and the email distribution list.  Membership also informs members of activities and events via email.  The membership committee creates and provide a membership directory.

You can register to become a Colonial Forge Music Booster, change your email address for our distribution  list, remove your name from our email distribution list, or notify us of any other data change you find we have wrong in our files.  Please note that it could take up to one week for us to make the change.

• Complete the entire form if you are a new member to the Forge Sound and Guard family.
• All others should only complete the boxes for which they need to report a change.
